Terms of Service

Last updated 26 July 2026

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of BookToMeet. By creating an account or booking through a BookToMeet page, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. The service

BookToMeetlets account holders (“hosts”) publish booking pages so others (“guests”) can schedule time with them. Where a host connects Google Calendar or Zoom, we create the corresponding calendar event or video meeting on the host’s own account on their behalf. We are not a party to the meetings you schedule.

3. Accounts

  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, including bookings made through API keys you issue.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

4. Connected accounts

Connecting Google or Zoom authorises BookToMeet, as a third-party application, to act on that account for scheduling purposes. You may revoke that authorisation at any time from your BookToMeet settings or directly with the provider. Your use of Google and Zoom remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • send unsolicited bulk invitations, or enter other people’s contact details without a lawful basis for doing so
  • use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or fraudulent purposes
  • attempt to breach our security, access other accounts’ data, or circumvent rate limits
  • resell or redistribute the service except as expressly permitted
  • use automated access, including AI assistants, in a way that abuses the booking system or spams third parties

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we may impose rate limits to protect the service.

6. Guest data and your responsibilities

Guest details a host collects belong to that host, who is responsible for handling them lawfully — including having a proper basis to contact anyone they book on behalf of, and honouring privacy requests. BookToMeet processes that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval selected and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Availability

We work to keep BookToMeetavailable and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features; where a change is material to paid customers we will give reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BookToMeet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business arising from a missed or mis-scheduled meeting. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
