You publish a booking page listing the meetings you offer and the hours you are available; anyone with the link picks a time that suits them. BookToMeet confirms the booking with both sides, keeps everyone in their own time zone, and handles rescheduling and cancellations.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and always started by you. When connected, BookToMeet reads your busy times so a guest can never book over an existing commitment, and creates the calendar event for each booking — inviting your guest and generating the Google Meet link. We use that access only to provide these scheduling features, never for advertising, and you can disconnect at any time.
If you choose Zoom as a meeting location, BookToMeet creates a scheduled meeting on your own Zoom account when someone books, so the join link can be sent to your guest — and removes it if the booking is cancelled. We do not access recordings or chat.
